Cliff Edge

Sitting out back in the sea, looking toward land, I often wonder at our courage — or perhaps our audacity — to build so close to the cliff’s edge. As the tide pulls at the rock and the coastline shifts grain by grain, the houses above feel both steadfast and impossibly temporary. Cliff Edge is a collection born from that tension. It explores the strata beneath us — the layered geology that holds, fractures, and remembers. Perhaps the real view is not the one from our windows out to sea, but the ancient world under our feet.
